The present invention relates to an ice rink-convertible multi-purpose sports facility which includes a facility space divided into an outer track and an inner track; and a surface freezing means having a cooling pipe, having brine circulated, laid in the outer track and the inner track to be able to partially or entirely form a frozen surface to be used for both winter sports and summer sports. The surface freezing means divides the outer track into half, lays first and second surface freezing means in one side of the outer track, lays third and fourth surface freezing means in the other side of the outer track, divides the inner track into half, lays fifth and sixth surface freezing means in one side of the inner track, and lays seventh and eighth surface freezing means in the other side of the inner track. An outer side of the facility space includes a cooling unit having multiple injection pipes and discharge pipes connected to ends of the cooling pipe to circulate the brine cooled by a cooler to the surface freezing means in order to selectively form a frozen surface on an upper portion of the facility space; a supporting means capable of installing a facility column in the facility space; and a water sprinkling unit sprinkling water on a floor of the facility space while crossing the facility space. The sports facility can separately or simultaneously hold winter and summer sports, thereby improving compatibility and saving construction costs for separately forming an ice rink. |
