The utility model relates to a system of integrated assembly lines for the production of food cans and caps, used primarily in the canning industry. The system includes an assembly line consisting of sequentially arranged and connected press (1) for cutting of blanks for caps, press (2) for folding and making teeth for the caps, unit (3) for applying paste, followed by a furnace (4), and ramp (5) for transporting the finished products. To this assembly line, after the press for cutting (1) the blanks for the caps, a second assembly line is attached, including a second bending press (6), after which, consecutively are fixed a pasting unit (7), vertical drying kiln (8), and a second ramp (9) for transporting the finished products. To the second line, after the vertical drying kiln (8), is located a press (13) for cutting slots and putting rings on the caps type "easy-open", connected with a varnishing and baking device (14), followed by a fourth ramp (15) for transporting the finished products. To the system of integrated assembly lines is also provided a third assembly line, whereby through a transportation path, a press (10) for cutting blanks for deep drawn cans is connected on one side to a second press for bending (6), and on the other side, it is connected to a press (11) for additional drawing and bending, followed by a third ramp (12) for transporting the finished products. 1 claim, 1 figure |
