Disclosed is a perm rod characterized by including: a rod main body having a cylindrical shape such that hair is wound around an outer circumferential surface thereof; a fixing member having a cross section with an arc shape to correspond to the outer circumferential surface of the rod main body and coupled to an end of the rod main body through a hinge such that the fixing member and the rod main body are rotated to be opened or closed, wherein an elastic member is installed on the hinge to provide elastic force in a direction of closing the fixing member to the rod main body, thereby fixing the hair between the rod main body and the fixing member; a Velcro member formed on a portion of the rod main body facing the fixing member to increase fixing force at an end of the hair; and a band member which is drawn from the inside of the rod main body through the upper end of the rod main body such that an end of the band member is fixed to the lower end of the rod main body or the fixing member to fix hair wound around outsides of the rod main body and the fixing member. |
