The present invention relates to an economical virus enriching method capable of enriching virus contained in a low-concentrated virus solution in a short time with high efficiency and a virus detecting method using the same and, more specifically, to a virus enriching method comprising: (A) a step of adding and reacting concanavalin A (Con A) to/with a sample virus solution; and (B) a step of separating the virus-concanavalin A binder from the reaction solution.
