<p>The present invention relates to a brake system for a snow chain, which mainly is to minimize the slip of a car when the road surface is slippery in winter season. The brake system for a snow chain comprises: a fixing member which is placed at one end in order to be located in a circle along the edge of both sides of a vehicle wheel, wherein multiple chains cross and connect to each other; main chains which are placed side by side in the direction of both sides in a certain distance; multiple cross chains which are located at regular intervals in the longitudinal direction of the main chain in order to be connected with the main chain; and at least two supporting members which are prepared at regular intervals in the longitudinal direction of one of the main chains in order to keep the main chain installed on the vehicle wheel tight for preventing slipping. The snow chain is installed in the orthogonal direction so that the both ends can be connected to the main chain, which includes multiple brake systems placed between the cross chains. Therefore, the brake system for the snow chain of the present invention can minimize minor collisions of cars by minimizing the slip of the cars when the road surface is slippery in winter season.</p> |
