The present invention relates to a folded cascade operational amplifier including a differential gearing input stage circuit, a current mirror circuit, an output stage circuit, and a control switch circuit. The differential gearing input stage circuit generates a first tail current and a second tail current in accordance to an input signal. The current mirror circuit is connected to the differential gearing input stage circuit, and generates a first mirror current and a second mirror current in accordance to the first tail current and the second tail current. The output stage circuit is connected to the current mirror circuit, and generates an output current in accordance to the first and second mirror currents. The control switch circuit is connected between the differential gearing input stage circuit and the current mirror circuit, and generates the first and second tail currents. |
