<p>Disclosed herein is a compound of formula (I), wherein the variables are defined in the specification, and the use thereof in the treatment and/or prophylaxis of glaucoma, normotensive glaucoma, ocular hypertension and/or combinations thereof. Additionally disclosed is a medicament comprising said compound in combination with one or more further active ingredients selected from the group consisting of alpha adrenergic agonist, beta blocker and carbonic anhydrase inhibitor. In one embodiment the compound is 2-{ 4-[2-amino-6-({ [2-(4-chlorophenyl)-1,3-thiazol-4-yl]methyl} sulfanyl)-3,5-dicyanopyridin-4-yl]phenoxy} ethyl-L-lysyl-D-alaninate-dihydrochloride.</p> |
