<p>The present invention relates to a method for preventing a fraud and tracking a crime suspect on a real-time basis, and a device thereof. More specifically, the present invention relates to the method for preventing a fraud and tracking a crime suspect on a real-time basis by using a fraud information database, and the device thereof. The device according to an embodiment of the present invention, which is for preventing a fraud and tracking a crime suspect on a real-time basis, is configured to be connected to a fraud victim contact information database, a crime suspect information database, and a fraud victim voice information database.
