<p>The present invention provides a cactus culture medium composition containing an aspartic acid-alkylaspartic acid copolymer, potassium nitrate, calcium nitrate, EDTA-iron, magnesium, monoammonium phosphate, boron, manganese, zinc, copper, and molybdenum, thereby suppressing generation of salts and promoting rootlet development, and a method comprising a step of supplying the cactus culture medium composition to an artificial medium or non-cultivation medium hydroponics, thereby improving scion growth and bulblet propagation by suppressing generation of salts in the culture medium and promoting rootlet development of cactuses.
