The present invention relates to an incombustible fiber reinforced plastic reinforcement rod that is disposed in a tunnel instead of a rebar to reinforce tunnel strength and is formed of an incombustible material not damaged by fire, a method for manufacturing same, and a repair reinforcement technique for a concrete structure using same. The incombustible fiber reinforced plastic reinforcement rod according to the present invention includes a core rod formed of an inflammable or incombustible resin material in which a long rod-shaped reinforcement wire material which is formed into a solid body by mixing a phenol resin or a melamine resin and glass powder is inserted to extend in one direction therein; and an incombustible outer shell material that is formed by dipping an inflammable fiber into a resin solution which is produced by mixing a methylol melamine resin with an inorganic inflammable material, dispersing through a solvent injection, and then diluting in water and is directly bonded through heating and compression to an outer surface of the core rod at a predetermined temperature and pressure in a state of half-dried prepreg. |
