The method involves introducing a transparent optical article (1) i.e. ophthalmic lens, that is free from fogging, where the article is introduced at initial temperature in a measuring chamber (6). A test pattern (7) is formed on a background. An image processing step is performed for obtaining data representative of transition of light intensity. Data indicative of transition of light intensity is extracted as a representative measure of sharpness of the image of the test pattern through the optical article as a function of time. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a method for classification of a batch of optical articles (2) a system for determining anti-fog performance of a transparent optical article. |
