Invention herewith described refers to the pharmaceutical implant, which provides the adjusted sustained release of the active agent during a prolonged period of time of at least three months, whereat the therapeutic doses are without initial burst release of the active agent after dosing. The pharmaceutical implant comprises: the external part prepared from one or more layers of the biodegradable polymer, which stays whole for a long period of more than 3 months after implementation in situ in a patient while allowing the active agent to expand from the implant into the inner part, which is composed of several microcapsules with a biodegradable polymer and at least one active agent, whereat the microcapsules are compacted under pressure in the form of tablets to stop the release of the of active agent dose from the microcapsule.
