摘要 The present invention relates to manufacturing a high adhesive asphalt binder and a hybrid fiber-reinforced TPS modified asphalt paving composition mixed with two or more kinds of hybrid fiber reinforcing material; and a TPS modifier having different melting points in order to improve durability degradation such as plastic deformation, fatigue cracking, and port hole occurring due to an increase in traffic volume and heavy vehicle in the beginning of paving an existing asphalt. More specifically, a high adhesive asphalt binder including a hybrid fiber and a TPS modifier includes: 79.8-98.8 wt% of an asphalt binder; 1-20 wt% of a TPS modifier; and 0.2-10 wt% of a fiber reinforcing material. In addition, hybrid fiber reinforced TPS modified asphalt paving composition includes: 4-7 wt% of a high adhesive asphalt binder; 30-85 wt% of a coarse aggregate; 10-55 wt% of a fine aggregate; and 1-10 wt% of a filler characterized by having excellent aggregate adhesion, stability, imperviousness and durability, and high commonality under long-term use due to increased adhesion of an asphalt binder, when compared to a conventional and modified asphalt, and an effect in increased frictional force between aggregates.
