The objective of the present invention is to provide a device for pretreating printing wastewater to treat dye wastewater which is slippery by oil generated in a printing process, has high viscosity and includes sludge such as dyes or lint. The device is capable of reducing human labor and the facilities required for further processes by forming a screen inclination surface to be inclined at a certain angle toward a housing in a central axis at the other side of a sludge separation screen, and by promoting movability of the dye wastewater which is injected into one side of the sludge separation screen to rotatably proceed to the other side through the inclination so that sludge can be first separated. To achieve the objective, a screen inclination (123-2) is formed to be inclined at a certain angle toward a housing (122) in a central axis (126) at the other side of a sludge separation screen (123) to add vibration and gravity, and to promote a process of escaping through a separation space (123-3) while descending to the screen inclination surface (123-2) when the printing wastewater injected into one side of the sludge separation screen (123) proceeds to the other side that is a rotation direction formed by the vibration of a vibration generation unit (130). |
