The device (1) has a control unit (2) for controlling a wireless communication unit (6), and a set of magnetic control units (10), which are adapted to detect proximity of a magnetic control field to be higher than a terrestrial magnetic field. The magnetic control units are connected to the control unit that is adapted to modify operating process of the device according to the detection of the magnetic control field by the magnetic control units. The control unit is adapted to carry out restart of the device according to the detection of the magnetic control field. The wireless communication unit is a radio communication unit.
