The sole for a ladies shoe includes a lower pad (1) and an upper pad (6), made of a natural material. Between the lower (1) and upper (6) pad, an antifungal pad (2) is fixed by gluing, made of a heat insulating antibacterial foam latex perforated and laminated with textile. On the middle part of the antifungal pad (2) is glued a transverse orthopedic insert (3), and on the rear side of the antifungal pad (2) is glued a longitudinal orthopedic insert (4).
