摘要 Invention herewith described refers to the thermal tower with the vertical air flow. The chambers of the thermal tower with the vertical air flow discs are supplied with hot water or steam from the thermal power plants, the nuclear power plants, or some other source of hot water or superheated steam. The discs (1, 2) are filled with hot water or superheated steam through the entry (3), which is naturally cooled with air from the surrounding area and releases the heat energy into the air gap circulating through the disc chambers. The chilled water is discharged to the outlet (4). The heat of the hot water or superheated steam heats the air gap (8) of the discs (1, 2) wherewith it stimulates the flow of air inside the thermal tower with the vertical air flow which is used to power turbines and the electrical energy production. The overheated air from the air gap (8) flows out through the tower (7). The thermal tower with the vertical air flow is also used as the cooling system for cooling hot water and superheated steam with air from the surrounding area. It is the dry cooling method. The thermal tower with the vertical air flow in its electricity production process as the heat energy source can utilize the exhaust gases of high temperature. The exhaust gases are conveyed to the entry (5) and by flowing through the discs they heat the air gap (8) of the thermal tower with the vertical air flow and escape through the opening (6).
