The present invention relates to a method for preparing a complex structure of Janus emulsion with high monodispersion by using a simple microfluidic device and, more specifically, to a method for preparing Janus emulsion by using a microfluidic device. By using a microfluidic device consisting of a dispersed phase inlet, a continuous phase inlet, an outlet, a junction where a microchannel connected to the dispersed phase inlet crosses a microchannel connected to the continuous phase inlet, and a microchannel for reaction connected to the outlet from the junction, a dispersed phase is injected into the dispersed phase inlet, in which a surfactant and a dispersing agent are dissolved in a dispersed phase solvent; a continuous phase is injected into the continuous phase inlet, in which a dispersing agent and a phase separating agent with a distribution coefficient of 0.3-6.0 for a continuous phase solvent are dissolved in the continuous phase solvent which is not mixed with the dispersed phase; multiple structures of emulsion produced by the concentration of the dispersing agent in the dispersed phase are determined; and the outermost shell of the emulsion has a Janus structure where the dispersing agent and the dispersed phase solvent are asymmetrically distributed. |
