An aspect of the present invention is to provide an apparatus for testing a performance of an image display device and a test jig used therein, in which a USB port of an image display device can be prevented from being damaged by connecting a performance testing unit of the image display device to the USB port of the image display device by using a test jig as a medium instead of directly connecting the performance testing unit of the image display device to the USB port of the image display device. The test jig used in the apparatus for testing a performance of an image display device tests the performance of the image display device by mediating between the image display device and a performance testing unit of the image display device. The test jig includes: a body forming an outer appearance; a connecting terminal provided on a front end of the body so as to be electrically connected to a USB port of the image display device, and having a first connecting terminal and a second connecting terminal; a substrate having a first contact, which is electrically connected to the first connecting terminal, and a second contact, which is electrically connected to the second connecting terminal; and a USB terminal having a first USB terminal provided on a rear end of the body and electrically connected to the first contact to be connected to a performance testing unit of the image display device, and a second USB terminal, which is electrically connected to the second contact of the substrate to be connected to the performance testing unit of the image display device. |
