The present invention relates to an apparatus for rolling combustible waste in a cylindrical shape using a net or vinyl. After collecting waste fallen from a waste injection hopper (5) by rotating the waste inside a first support plate (20), a second support plate (20a), a third support plate (20b), and a fourth support plate (20c) in a counterclockwise direction using a first waste transfer roller (40) and a second waste transfer roller (40a) rotating in a clockwise direction by power of a third decelerated motor (46) and a fourth decelerated motor (48), a net or vinyl is inserted between the first waste transfer roller (40) to surround the waste collected and rotating inside the first support plate (20), the second support plate (20a), the third support plate (20b), and the fourth support plate (20c) two to three times and roll the waste. Next, the apparatus is stopped and the net or vinyl is cut at the same time. Then, a third air cylinder (30) and a fourth air cylinder (30a) are operated to widen a lower portion of the first support plate (20), the second support plate (20a), the third support plate (20b), and the fourth support plate (20c) to transfer the combustible waste rolled over the net or vinyl by a transfer conveyor (4). |
