<p>Disclosed is a laundry machine, which washes laundry using rotation of a drum, and a method of controlling an operation thereof. The laundry machine is operated in consideration of information about a floor, on which the laundry machine is installed, and thus the optimized operation of the laundry machine is performed according to a state of the floor, thereby minimizing noise and sagging of the floor due to vibration.</p> |
