PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an efficient light source unit for a confocal microscope using a laser excitation lamp light source.SOLUTION: The light source unit for a confocal microscope scanning an object by integrally rotating a microlens disc where a plurality of microlenses are arranged and a pinhole disc where a pinhole having the same pattern as the microlens is formed includes the laser excitation lamp light source and an enlarging and projecting part enlarging and imaging the bright point of the laser excitation lamp light source or the image of the bright point on the microlens disc. |
