PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a conductive sheet for touch panel, in which end portions of lead-out wiring are gathered on one surface side of a substrate, more simply with excellent productivity.SOLUTION: A method of manufacturing a conductive sheet for touch panel comprises: a step of forming a first detection electrode and rear surface side wiring, whose one end is electrically connected with the first detection electrode and which has a first pad part at the other end, on a rear surface of a substrate, and forming a second detection electrode, second lead-out wiring electrically connected with the second detection electrode, and a second pad part arranged on a position facing the first pad part via the substrate, on a surface of the substrate; a step of forming a through hole which penetrates the first pad part, the substrate, and the second pad part; and a step of charging a conductive material into the through hole to fabricate through wiring which electrically connects the first pad part with the second pad part and forming first lead-out wiring which includes the rear surface side wiring and the through wiring and is electrically connected with the first detection electrode. |
