Provided is a medicinal composition which can inhibit the formation and/or enlargement of cerebral aneurysm or shrink the same. The medicinal composition according to the present invention for inhibiting the formation and/or enlargement of cerebral aneurysm or shrinking the same, said medicinal composition comprising an S1P1 receptor agonist as an active ingredient, can inhibit the formation and/or enlargement of cerebral aneurysm or shrink the same so as to enable the prevention and/or treatment of diseases associated with cerebral aneurysm.
