In the present invention, a first heat exchanger (4), a dessicant block (7), and a second heat exchanger (6) are disposed in series. Also, in a dehumidifying operation, there is the repetition in alternation of a first operating mode, in which the first heat exchanger (4) operates as a condenser or a radiator and the second heat exchanger (6) operates as an evaporator, and a second operating mode, in which the first heat exchanger operates as an evaporator and the second heat exchanger (6) operates as a condenser or a radiator. Also, the gaps between the fin surfaces of a plurality of fins (201a) of each of the first heat exchanger (4) and the second heat exchanger (6) are caused to be 1.5-3.0 mm inclusive, thereby increasing the drainage of condensation at the fin surfaces, reducing the amount of retention of condensation at the fin surfaces, and increasing the amount of demumidification. |
