PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas engine cogeneration device including a reheating burner enabling stable combustion of fuel gas.SOLUTION: A gas engine cogeneration device 1 includes: a gas engine 10; an exhaust gas boiler 20 recovering heat of exhaust gas discharged from the gas engine 10 to generate steam; an exhaust duct 30 interconnecting the gas engine 10 and the exhaust gas boiler 20; a reheating burner 40 disposed within the exhaust duct 30 and using exhaust gas flowing in the exhaust duct 30 as combustion air; and a fuel supply device 50 for supplying fuel gas to the reheating burner 40. The fuel supply device 50 includes: an inner gas flowing line 512 that is disposed within the exhaust duct 30 and has a tip side connected to the reheating burner 40; and a warming part 53 for warming the fuel gas flowing in the inner gas flowing line 512 by using the exhaust gas flowing in the exhaust duct 30.
