PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a high-definition wiring pattern on a back face side of a member to be used for manufacturing a touch panel device or the like.SOLUTION: A wiring pattern is formed by: providing a decorative layer 121 on a back face of a transparent or light-transmitting substrate 10; superposing a resist layer 122 that is less likely to absorb laser light 3 compared to the decorative layer 121 on the decorative layer 121; superposing a conductive layer 123 using a conductive material on the resist layer 122; and irradiating the conductive layer 123 with the laser light 3 to cut the conductive layer 123. The resist layer 122 functions to prevent the decorative layer 121 from being damaged during laser processing. |
