PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a residual voltage due to shunt on the upstream bus and downstream bus of a segment in a failure feeding section of a failure feeder line, and a residual voltage due to a failure.SOLUTION: When the reference angle of a failure phase is between a first angle that is the difference between the angle of a residual voltage due to a failure on the upstream bus and the angle of a residual voltage due to shunt, and a second angle that is the difference between the angle of a residual voltage due to a failure on the downstream bus and the angle of a residual voltage due to shunt, its segment is specified as a failure segment. The place of a failure is specified at a point on the failure segment where the difference between the angle of a residual voltage due to a failure and the angle of a residual voltage due to shunt is in-phase with the reference angle. |
