PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multiplexed signal transmission device that can be simply used because it does not require time for optical axis adjustment when an optical signal is input into a fiber-shaped optical transmission medium and optical axis adjustment when an optical signal is received from a fiber-shaped optical transmission medium.SOLUTION: A multiplexed signal transmission system includes the steps of: a transmission device turning on a light-emitting element, and transmitting an optical signal via an optical transmission medium for multiplexed signal transmission in which both ends of a single core optical fiber are connected with multi-core optical fibers each including branches; calculating a transfer function by use of information based on a level value of the optical signal received by light-receiving elements and information based on a level value of an input signal to the light-emitting element; estimating the level value of the input signal to the light-emitting element by use of the calculated transfer function and a level value of an electric signal into which the optical signal was converted by the plurality of light-receiving elements; and repeating the above steps if needed.
