<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible substrate capable of enhancing heat dissipation effect and to provide a display apparatus.SOLUTION: The flexible substrate includes: an insulating film 1; a wiring 7 formed on one side surface of the insulating film 1; a protective film 9 formed on the insulating film 1 on which the wiring 7 is formed; and a heat dissipation part 8 formed at an aperture part that is an area where the protective film 9 is opened. At a surface of the heat dissipation part 8, a periodic irregularity is formed.</p> |
