<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a connection structure capable of improving inter-electrode connection reliability in the connection structure against impact such as falling and vibration and against a temperature change of a cold heat cycle or the like.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a connection structure 1 uses a conductive material including a conductive particle 21 with insulating particles having a conductive particle and a plurality of insulating particles arranged on a surface of the conductive particle and a binder resin 11. The method for manufacturing the connection structure 1 comprises the steps of: arranging the conductive material between a first connection object member 2 and a second connection object member 3; and forming a connection 4 by the conductive material by thermally compressing the first connection object member 2 and the second connection object member 3 and electrically connecting a first electrode 2a and a second electrode 3a by the conductive particle. When the first connection object member 2 and the second connection object member 3 are thermally compressed, the method embeds the insulating particles in the second electrode 3a and obtains the connection structure 1 in which the insulating particles are embedded in the second electrode 3a.</p> |
