The second metal layer (2) is arranged on the lower surface of the first metal layer (1). The third metal layer (3) is arranged on the lower surface of the second metal layer (2), and contains silver, at least one metal that is selected from the first group consisting of Sn, Al and Ga, and at least one metal that is selected from the second group consisting of In and Sb. The fourth layer (4) is arranged on the lower surface of the third metal layer (3). The third metal layer (3) has a metal part (2A) that partially enters into the second metal layer (2) from the third metal layer (3). |
