The present invention relates to a method for producing a dried functional snack using a dried fruit as a main ingredient. More specifically, the method of the present invention comprises the steps of: producing wet slices by slicing a fruit selected from the group consisting of apple, pear, tomato, kiwi, orange, and banana; selecting one or more bulbs and tubers selected from the group consisting of balloonflower, codonopsis lanceolata, and yam in order to be sliced into pieces and adhered on the wet fruit slices; and drying the adhered fruit sludge and bulbs and tubers. The snack produced by means of the present invention uses a fruit in order to improve the taste and functionalities of foods such as balloonflower, codonopsis lanceolata, and buckwheat which are good for the bronchial tubes and immunity but have a bad taste so that men and women of all ages can easily consume the same. |
