The invention relates to methods of cycling volume batching of bulk materials, preferably for dosing such product as roasted seeds before being packed in the presence of a buyer and sale. The technical result is aimed at providing accuracy of volume batching, reduction of power consumption, simplicity of method implementation. The method is characterized in that it comprises supplying a product from a bunker into a measured capacity of rated volume during fixed time, filling the volume and feeding the measured product dose to discharge position, the dose in the measured capacity formed by impeller vanes is cut-off by a dose cut-off plate made consisting of a set of plates made from different plastic materials, wherein product is supplied continuously into the measured capacity, the product is supplied from the bunker to the discharge position is carried out using gravity forces and the impeller rotation, wherein an amount of the discharged product is controlled by an electronic counter. The use of the proposed invention provides to increase the accuracy of volume batching, to make easier control of the discharged product through the apparatus, to reduce power consumption, thus resulting to improve the production efficiency. |
