PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a secondary battery hardly causing capacity deterioration and excellent in durability.SOLUTION: A secondary battery 100 provided by the present invention includes a positive electrode, a negative electrode, and a separator 70 interposed between the positive electrode and the negative electrode. The separator 70 includes a porous resin base material 72 and a porous insulating layer 74 formed on a surface of the resin base material 72. The resin base material 72 has a hydrophilic surface 72a on which a hydrophilic functional group exists. The porous insulating layer 74 contains inorganic fillers and a fibrillated polymer. |
