PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a band clip which suppressing protrusion from a sheet-like object.SOLUTION: A band clip includes a binding band and a clip. The binding band includes a head and a strap. The clip includes a button, a shaft, and a punch-through stopper. One end of the shaft is coupled to one main surface of the button. The other end of the shaft is coupled to one main surface of the punch-through stopper. The head is coupled to the other main surface of the punch-through stopper. When viewed from a direction in which the shaft is extended, the button is larger than the shaft and the punch-through stopper is larger than the button.
