PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production facility capable of coping with a process change easily and quickly.SOLUTION: A production facility 1 comprises: a plurality of separably connected production units 10 (10A to 10E); a guide rail 2 extending in a unit connection direction; and transfer means 3 which moves along the guide rail 2 and is capable of sequentially transferring a workpiece from the production unit 10A to the production unit 10E. Each of the production units 10A to 10E has: a processing section 13 which executes predetermined processing; a control section 14 which electrically controls action of the processing section 13; a rail member 20 which constitutes the guide rail 2; and a workpiece holding section 31, and comprises a slide member 30 which constitutes the transfer means 3. Each of the production units 10A to 10E has: the control section 14; and connectors 15, 15 for electrically connecting control sections 14 of adjacent production units 10. |
