PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To visually confirm a sorted area, a discriminated area, a disordered area, or the like relative to a measurement specification of an object to be measured depending on a length dimension by correspondingly visually confirming a description written on an entry adhesive sheet corresponding to a position of a base line or a zero position of vernier graduations.SOLUTION: A slider 2 is provided in a main scale 1 so as to be freely slidable in a length direction. In the main scale, one measuring jaw 3 is provided and in the slider, another measuring jaw 4 is provided which is abutted to an object W to be measured together with the one measuring jaw. In a lower side part of the main scale, lower-side main scale graduations 5 are provided and in an upper side part of the main scale, upper-side main scale graduations 6 are provided. In the slider, vernier graduations 7 are provided oppositely to the lower-side main scale graduations and in the slider, a base line 8 is provided oppositely to the upper-side main scale graduations. An entry adhesive sheet 9 is provided which is adhered to a boundary portion between the lower-side main scale graduations and the upper-side main scale graduations and in which descriptions Q of characters, graphics, symbols, numerical values, or the like depending on a measurement specification of the object to be measured can be written. |
