Disclosed is a tinnitus diagnosis and test device, characterized in that the device comprises: all-digital audio and tone signal synthesis generators (101,102) for generating audio and tone signals of a variety of tones, melodies, rhythms and volumes required for a tinnitus diagnosis; a control module (20) for controlling the all-digital audio and tone signal synthesis generators (101,102) to comprehensively assess tinnitus and output audio and tone signals of the tinnitus diagnosis; wherein each of the all-digital audio and tone signal synthesis generators (101,102) comprises a composite acoustic signal generation module (13), a pure tone signal generation module (11), a noise signal generation module (12) and a record signal generation module (14), respectively generating a specific audio and tone signal. The tinnitus diagnosis and test device may accurately restore or simulate each piece of audio and tone information of the tinnitus, in order to set a solid foundation for providing a patient with a personalized treatment formulation, leading to a better therapeutic effect for tinnitus.
