The present invention relates to a self buoyancy regulating device which elevates an offshore floating structure in order to prevent damage to the offshore floating structure due to waves. The provided self buoyancy regulating device for an offshore floating structure comprises: a main body which supports an offshore floating structure from a lower part, and includes a sealing space formed of a rigid body and for storing seawater therein, an inlet for the inflow of seawater into the sealing space, and an outlet for discharge of the seawater flowing in the sealing space; and a mooring line which has elasticity to fixate the main body. Therefore, the self buoyancy regulating device can prevent the main body and the offshore floating structure from being damaged by the height of waves by moving the main body, for supporting the offshore floating structure from a lower part, under or above the sea surface using a sensor, a control unit, and a winding unit, can extend the life of the offshore floating structure, and can reduce maintenance costs of the offshore floating structure.
