PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an avascularization treatment device which can shorten a treatment period by alleviating degrees of damage on limbs and an edema after surgery for removing an affected part.SOLUTION: An avascularization treatment device includes an avascularization cuff for performing avascularization by being wound to a side closer to a heart than the affected part of limbs, a pulsation detection cuff for detecting an avascularization state by being wound to a side closer to the affected part than the avascularization cuff, an air tank 3, and a control unit 1. The control unit 1 includes an electromagnetic valve 42 for sending pressure-adjusted air from the air tank 3 to the pulsation detection cuff and an exhausting electromagnetic valve 43 for exhausting the air, a pulsation detector 2 for converting the vibration based on the pulsation generated in the pulsation detection cuff into an electric signal, and an electromagnetic valve 52 for sending air from the air tank 3 to the avascularization cuff and an exhausting electromagnetic valve 53 for exhausting the air. The avascularization treatment device repeats control plural times in which the avascularization cuff is pressurized by opening the electromagnetic valve 52 until the pulsation detector 2 does not detect the pulsation after the pulsation detection cuff is pressurized, and after the lapse of a certain period, break time is provided by exhausting air from the pulsation detection cuff and the avascularization cuff by opening the exhausting electromagnetic valves 43, 53. |
