PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote management system capable of efficiently improving failures of home appliances by collecting internal states of home appliances at the initiative of a remote management apparatus without bothering a user.SOLUTION: Failures of home appliances may be improved by transmitting a request signal of obtaining an internal state of a home appliance from the remote management apparatus to the home appliance, instructing the home appliance with a treatment according to the internal state of the home appliance received from the home appliance by the remote management apparatus, causing the home appliance to treat on the basis of the instruction of the remote management apparatus. |
