PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a glow plug with a combustion pressure sensor which reduces influences of a force that is applied by a connection member for biasing a heater part to the rear end side in an axial direction, and to provide a manufacturing method of the glow plug.SOLUTION: A glow plug 1 with a combustion pressure sensor includes: a housing 100; a heater part 130; a conduction member 120 integrally coupled to the heater part 130; a terminal member 160; a metal elastic connection member 180 which is disposed between a rear end part 120k of the conduction member 120 and the terminal member 160 to make electrical connection therebetween and may elastically deform in an axial direction HJ; a connection member 170 which is coupled to the heater part 130 and the housing 100 by welding or press-fitting and elastically connects the heater part 130 with the housing 100 so that the heater part 130 may displace in the axial direction HJ; and a pressure sensor 200 that detects a combustion pressure. The elastic connection member 180 biases the heater part 130 and the conduction member 120 toward the tip side GS in the axial direction HJ. |
