<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat generation detecting device capable of detecting cuprous oxide growth exothermic phenomenon occurring in a DC circuit.SOLUTION: A heat generation detecting device includes a voltage detection unit 5, and a control unit 6. The voltage detection unit 5 detects a voltage applied between two points in a DC circuit. If a voltage detected by the voltage detection unit 5 is a constant voltage different from both a first voltage preset as the voltage when the DC circuit is interrupted at a connection 2 of wiring forming the DC circuit, and a second voltage preset as the voltage when the DC circuit is not interrupted, the control unit 6 operates a drive unit 4 for interrupting the DC circuit.</p> |
