摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a heat insulation coating.SOLUTION: There is provided a manufacturing method for a heat insulation coating. The heat insulation coating which has a fine crystal grain size is produced by inverse co-precipitation of fine powders. Then the powders are subjected to solution plasma flame spraying in which fine powders are partially flame-sprayed while a fine crystal grain size dense having vertical cracking is generated. A film includes at least one of 45-65% YbOand Zr for the rest, Yb/Y/Hf/Ta and Zr for the rest, and 2.3-7.8% La, 1.4-5.1% Y, and Zr for the rest, and is characterized by a thermal conductivity of about 25-50% lower than the thermal conductivity of a heat insulation coating including YSZ. Further, the heat insulation coating is characterized by at least one of superior erosion resistance, fracture toughness, and abrasion resistance.
