摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To connect and disconnect power between a first rotating member and a second rotating member regardless of the condition of rotation speeds of the first rotating member and the second rotating member.SOLUTION: Under a condition that the rotation speed of a first rotating shaft 12 is higher than that of a second rotating shaft 22, supported parts 15 of a sleeve 14 perform the engaging operation of a clutch mechanism via right-twisted screw grooves 32, and under a condition that the rotation speed of the first rotating shaft 12 is lower than that of the second rotating shaft 22, the supported parts 15 perform the engaging operation of the clutch mechanism via left-twisted screw grooves 33. In the releasing operation of the clutch mechanism, the supported parts 15 release the clutch mechanism via the right-twisted screw grooves 32 under a condition that the rotation speed of the first rotating shaft 12 is lower than that of the second rotating shaft 22, and the supported parts 15 release the clutch mechanism via the left-twisted screw grooves 33 under a condition that the rotation speed of the first rotating shaft 12 is higher than that of the second rotating shaft 22.
