<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyesterimide resin composition which exhibits excellent heat resistance, flexibility, low hygroscopicity and sufficient colorless transparency, and a film made using the same.SOLUTION: A polyesterimide resin includes in a constitutional unit a structure represented by the specified general formula (1), where R1 represents a compound with a specific structure and R2 represents a divalent linear aliphatic group, a divalent cyclic aliphatic group or a divalent aromatic group.</p> |
