A communication control method associated with a first feature is a method for offloading traffic between a user terminal and a cellular base station to a wireless LAN system. Said communication control method has the following steps: step A, in which the user terminal transmits a wireless-LAN terminal identifier to the cellular base station, said wireless-LAN terminal identifier being an identifier for the user terminal in the wireless LAN system; and step B, in which, before performing the abovementioned offloading, the cellular base station transmits the wireless-LAN terminal identifier received from the user terminal to an access point for the wireless LAN system. Said access point uses the wireless-LAN terminal identifier for wireless authentication of the user terminal. |
