Provided are a method, device and system for acquiring information about an illegal driver. The method for acquiring information about an illegal driver comprises: a server receiving vehicle illegality information about an illegal vehicle, wherein the vehicle illegality information carries an identifier of the illegal vehicle and the time when being illegal of the illegal vehicle; and the server obtaining the information about the illegal driver in a driving time period, to which the time when being illegal belongs, from a target vehicle-mounted terminal corresponding to the identifier of the illegal vehicle, thereby being able to acquire the information about the illegal driver without the need to intercept the illegal vehicle by artificially setting up checkpoints, effectively improving the acquisition efficiency. |
