PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-cost and small-sized semiconductor device including a trimming circuit with a fuse resistor.SOLUTION: By configuring a trimming circuit 100 with a MOSFET 11, a protection circuit 17, and a fuse resistor 3, the change from an open state to a short state can be performed by blowing of the fuse resistor 3. Further, by forming the protection circuit 17 and the fuse resistor 3 constituting the trimming circuit 100 by a two-layer structure, the trimming circuit 100 can be downsized, thereby providing a low-cost and small-sized semiconductor device 300 having the trimming circuit 100 with a small occupied area. |
